Our enterprise was the first in Ukraine to use the flagship Schneider Electric Modicon M580 controllers with hot redundancy. Installation of an LDM control valve for feed water Dy 225 RV701, with medium parameters: T = 230 ⁰C, P = 230 kgf/cm2 on welded joints with a wall thickness of 24 mm; installation of a feedwater and superheated steam flow sensor; the layout and assembly of the control cabinet was carried out by the company's specialists, based on Schneider Electric equipment

The automatic control system (ACS) for superheated steam temperature control of the TGM-84 boiler st. No. 1–4 includes:

  • cabinet of the automatic control system of the boiler K-1 (ACS K-1), SCS K-1, IP65, ~220/=24 V, 50 Hz In=25A, Ix=6 kA, order No. 15599;
  • cabinet of normal converters, ШПН-1, IP65, ~220/=24 V, 50 Hz I=4A, Ic=6 kA, serial No. 15590;
  • manual control unit, type BRK-10-3-3-3-0.75-24. Microl;
  • two-way pressure-relief control valve. Type number RV701 ERM 4151 RO complete with Regada ST(R)2 electric actuator (LDM, Regada);
  • temperature sensor "ТХА-ХА" – PST ТХА-002б-К-И2-160-Р3/-40..+800;
  • operator touch panel 12.1", SVGA-TFT, 24V, DC, art. HMIGTO6310, Schneider Electric.

Special conditions of work performance are: welding of elements (pipes, fittings, beans and valves ‘before’) of category I steam pipelines with operating parameters P=15.5 MPa, T=535°C from low-alloyed chromium-molybdenum steels (12Х1МФ).

Welding technology involves heat treatment of welded joints
